Doing design with kids

A joyful, educational, and humorous book filled with graphic activities created by designers to enjoy with children at home, in the park, on train rides, and beyond. Conceived by designer Loredana Bontempi, the book gathers contributions from graphic designers who share the kinds of creative exercises they actually do with their own children. Through drawing, cutting, arranging, repeating, and experimenting, these activities introduce ideas of form, composition, rhythm, and visual balance in playful and accessible ways. Based on simple constraints and open-ended exploration, they encourage creativity, curiosity, storytelling, and careful observation while having fun together.
